This service was amazing. After having an accident in my car, my insurance company recommended Steer Luton. These guys were amazing I was called within 10 mins and they took the lead for everything. Collected my car and brought it back. From the phone call to the collection of the car to completing the work these was constant communication, professionalism and listen to my needs. Steer recently had my car in there work shop due to an accident they have my car was back within 1Week they did a fantastic gob it came out like new also all the Staff were so polite professional Evan the drivers who collected & returned my car so sympathetic of the upset of not having a car they went above & beyond First Class Service.

Very slow in getting parts that I was told they had in their hands and then mysteriously didn't have as they'd disappeared or lost or used for someone else (my guess) a few times. 3 months later the repair was finally done. It appears to be completed efficiently to a high quality but it's only been a day since I got the car back. We will see.

Steer Luton provided an excellent repair service for my vehicle. Key was keeping customer in regular contact on progress of repairs . I was also able to speak to repair team for specific interim updates as & when required. I would certainly recommend Steer for future vehicle repairs.
