Super responsive when scheduling appointments and absolutely do there best to get your pet in quickly. Excellent communication with regards to all aspects of the care my pet needed recently. A bit expensive, in my opinion, but I certainly have peace of mind when my dog is in their hands.
Love that they do home visits at a small cost always very caring with our cats very friendly easy to get appointments
Can't say enough good things about Steeples Vet. My own cat got diagnosed with potential fcv virus and 4 fosters followed (at home discovery). Like with every work place, there will be a few duds ( hence some of the negative reviews) in the mix who might not be having their best day or simply don't have the vocation for the job they're at, and I bumped into a few of those here. Having 3 Labrador Retriever's my husband and I have had many experiences with Steeple Veterinary. We travel from Radium Hot Springs whenever anything is going on with our dog's It is an hour and a half drive, a bit of a travel for us. But with past experiences, we feel it is the right place. The staff at steeples are exceptional. Always friendly and welcoming. My dog is very timid and the staff are so sweet with her. They were able to accommodate and get her in quickly when she was sick. They took really good care of her and made sure she was comfortable for her overnight stay. I'm extremely thankful for their kindness and compassionate care everytime we visit.
