Never a long wait if you schedule your appointment. Just no appointments for months out sometimes . The mychart app is great.

I have been going here for years and never any issues. I find the nurse/tech very caring and as gentle as they can be. Never a long wait, but if there is there's usually a good reason. Appointments are easy to make. After the 3D is done I wait for the ok to get dressed or another picture that needs to be zeroed in. Once I needed to have another test, maybe an ultrasound, but it could not be done that day. Not their fault. Things like this are due to insurance rules or the doctor did not include in the order.

HORRENDOUS Customer Service - Calling just to get assistance with an appointment was truly a nightmare. Not only that, they are definitely not safeguarding personal information. You should be asking me to provide the personal details, not you tell me everything and I say yes/no… especially if I’m calling to speak about a patient (not myself) and you sound 30ft away from the phone/headset. Identity and privacy practices matter. Rude, over-talking, huffing and puffing in the phone. Unacceptable.
