I toured with Dragana and although I chose another place due to other reasons, I must say she is amazing!!! I absolutely loved her energy and would recommend Steeplechase based on that alone. I liked the layout of the apartment and would’ve easily chose Steeplechase. I gave 4 stars because I haven’t actually lived here to rate other aspects of the property.
Living at Steeplechase Apartments has been an amazing experience! The community is always clean and well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to help residents feel at home. The amenities are top-notch, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. I’ve never had an easier or more enjoyable renting experience—highly recommend Steeplechase Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
I called steeplechase to get an idea on their availability for next year February. I know my move in is quite far out but DJ was still very helpful. She didn’t seem annoyed that my move in was so far out, which made me feel at home. Thanks for the great customer service DJ!
We lived here for 5 years. At the end of my residency, I paid the balance clear for whatever repair was needed afterward. They never paid me back my $350 refundable deposit. I called multiple times and left plenty of messages. But I never received a response.
Amazing and friendly staff, DJ in the leasing office is an amazingly wonderful human.
