Being a small business owner, COMMUNICATION is key. I called Steep Hill Lab in Berkley California today to check on my results for my soothing salve I dropped off last Friday, for a potency test. When I called they informed me that my results will not be available until Tuesday because they were retesting my salve. Steep Hill should've reached out to me yesterday and explained to me what was going on instead of me having to call for the information. Read all the 1-Star reviews and I say “DITTO”! Took samples in September 6....still waiting. Then they offered me In house credit if I wanted to cancel the test....NOT A REFUND RIDICULOUS.
