Scraped my teeth so aggressively that my gums bled then told me I might have to have “extra red light therapy” next time to resolve it. I’ve never had that trouble before. I’m healthy! They sent me out quickly with no usual bag of toothpaste/toothbrush/appointment card. Raised their voices at me before exiting to say I have a balance and I need to pay them. I never agree to anything outside of complete insurance coverage so any balance they show is usually an error on their part and they make errors A LOT! I made the mistake... read more
