When I set up an appointment to view an apartment, they showed me a very nice unit. But when I got my keys they were for an entirely different apartment in another building of much lower quality. They then told me that if I wanted the apartment they originally showed me, it was going to be hundreds of dollars more than the price they originally quoted me. I had to reschedule and upon my arrival. I was informed by someone that the building was closed due to President’s Day. I was not contacted by anyone in the leasing office about their office hours when I originally rescheduled for that day. I rescheduled again via email. The date and time was confirmed. At my appointment, the leasing consultant that I had been in communication with via email said, “We typically do not provide tours this late, but I can give you a quick one.” The tour lasted all of 5 minutes and I wasn't show... read more
