I’ve been living at Steelyard Apartments in Soulard for almost a year and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect close to downtown, Soulard restaurants, and highways, but still peaceful and comfortable. Maintenance is quick whenever I need something and the amenities like the gym, parking garage, and community areas are a big plus. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. I’m happy here and I’m renewing my lease for another year.

When I set up an appointment to view an apartment, they showed me a very nice unit. But when I got my keys they were for an entirely different apartment in another building of much lower quality. They then told me that if I wanted the apartment they originally showed me, it was going to be hundreds of dollars more than the price they originally quoted me.
