I dont know why, but i always have to wait an extra 15-60 minutes on check out because they decide to hold your paperwork hostage at the check in shack. And there is no one ever in there half the time. All while you are trying to beat rush hour traffic but they screw you, every time. Plus, the "safety" railings they force upon you for flatbed loads are just inconvenient and stupid. Those have not saved one life, guaranteed. Who are you kidding?
Incredibly rude staff
The owners should be ashamed that they don’t provide a proper restroom here. Even the on-site workers have to use portable stinky toilets like animals.
My favorite place to pick up. I love John and there really quick to load.
I just spoke to Shelby on the phone and she was both incredibly friendly and helpful! She went above and beyond to point me in the right direction of what I was looking for and she did so with kindness and enthusiasm. Thanks for your help!
