They take longstanding renters who pay consistently month after month to court for eviction because they want a new 30 page lease signed. They claim they want to handle this out if court but sent court papers instead of a letter request the renter come in and sign a new lease so people who have been there for years are forced out because of unreasonable stipulations in the lease and the judge losses patience with the wrong party!!!
