My water heater sprung a leak that caused our basement to fill with water. I called Tim at 8:00am the next morning and he walked me through finding the best option to getting a new water heater. Tim and his team were able to get to my house that same day and install a new one. The quick service to ensure we would have hot water was so appreciative! They were very knowledgeable and affordable! A month later they helped install a new water softener in my house! Great work! Very professional! I’ll use them again!
Honestly, I can not say enough good things about Eric and this company. I have worked with him when he was with Kaduce Plumbing and now I have worked with him again redoing my sewer/water line going out to my street. He went out of his way to give me a great quote and the work he does is absolutely outstanding. They even left my basement cleaner than it was before they started the project. If you have any plumbing needs do not hesitate at all to work with this great company!
Tim and Eric with Steelpoint were professional and easy to work with for fixing our kitchen sink. They were clear in communicating with us when they’d arrive and took care of our issue right away. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for plumbing help!
SteelPoint technician, Tim, did a beautiful job of hooking up a main floor shower drain with PVC pipe.and adding ventilation piping so as to bring the drain/waste/venting to code. Tim cleaned up his work area prior to leaving the job site. I’m very pleased with SteelPoint Plumbing. And the owner, Eric, is a very ambitious, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with.
