Outstanding service on replacement of a propane hot water tank and unrelated bathroom plumbing. Excellent communication, reasonable pricing and always professional. Thank you.

We had to have a forced water heater installed. Benjamin was great at answering our questions and kept us informed on how the install was going. I appreciate him.

I had an excellent experience with SteelPoint Plumbing! From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and even offered insightful tips to help prevent future issues. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs — highly recommend!

A tech came out the next day after my request to look at our plumbing. He was able to replace the part efficiently.

My water heater sprung a leak that caused our basement to fill with water. I called Tim at 8:00am the next morning and he walked me through finding the best option to getting a new water heater. Tim and his team were able to get to my house that same day and install a new one. The quick service to ensure we would have hot water was so appreciative! They were very knowledgeable and affordable! A month later they helped install a new water softener in my house! Great work! Very professional! I’ll use them again!
