Steeline Shepparton are awesome. Excellent with quoting & ordering & returning phone calls. Also to the guys loading your materials at the back, nothing is a problem. A big shout out to Belinda & Sam on the front desk.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady behind the desk(not the nice lady that served me but the one on the right next to her) stuck her rude finger up at me in front of my eight year-old son as she said to him quick your mum is leaving, whilst my back was turned as I was leaving after I was spoken to extremely rudely and eventually told her to shut up.
