Steve did an amazing job of fixing our heating system. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, ordered the parts from the supplier, picked them up as soon as they arrived from the US, and came over right away to fix the issue. He knew we were without heat for more than a week and the temperature was dropping to -15C, so he took care of us right away. He went above and beyond to get the job done right. I highly recommend SteelHorse as they are conscientious and they care about their customers.

Great furnace service and repair! Steve was able to recognize the issue with my furnace over the phone!! And he sent me a quote within a day. Then we agreed on the day and time of the appointment. He arrived on time, fixed the furnace in less than 30 minutes and left. My furnace works great now, like new :) This is what I consider to be a great customer service! Steve was as efficient and effective with the date and installation of our AC as he was in giving us the quote. He was great for answering questions and explaining what we needed.
