Listened to the customer and made the experience perfect
Needed a bangs trim and Blaire got me in within the hour. She listened to my wishes, cut fast but also very carefully and made sure I liked the length. She did a fantastic job, I couldn't have been happier! Once I left, I forgot my headphones - she ran behind me and caught up a block over. Incredibly nice of her. She definitely won a new customer today, can't wait to see a full haircut done by her. Thank you!
