I regret asking them to fix my chainsaw and would never have them work on my chainsaw again. I brought it and initially because the clutch plate was loose. They said it needed a new needle bearing; they also did a tune-up at that time. I paid $125 when I picked it up. The next time I went to use it (soon after), I realized that it was not oiling. I brought in our Dewalt. Less than 2 days later, it was diagnosed and fixed. Hayley was so kind and expedient. And the price was so reasonable.
