The lady that helped today was super attentive to what I was shopping for! Didn't get her name but great customer service, definitely will be returning.
They do not take returns on materials even if you have a receipt. Learned the hard way. It's okay Pacific Supply is down the street and are willing to work with you. Even Contractors Warehouse would be a better option. It costs more to retain new clients than to keep existing ones happy..

Horrible company! Won’t take any returns! Wrong items delivered, misrepresented 20 ga. Structural for regular 20ga. No returns on steel studs? Total clowns, go anywhere, but here. You will be sorry if you do business here!
