Place is awful. Cats everywhere. The Owners never seem to want to fix anything that needs to be fixed. There's a shed in the field with junk and trash all around it. The fields grass is overgrown most of the time. The owner is disrespectful as hell. There's mold in some trailers and the floor in half the trailers are falling through.
Good place to be taken advantage of they have multiple properties.
Worst place to live due to the slumlord of an owner. She is a millionaire but doesn't want to fix anything. She's too cheap to fix things right and talks horribly to her renters and her employees. I am thankful my family member moved out finally.
