We had some television repair work done Our television picture tube went out and because this company dealt with the waranty we had we had to go through them. We took the TV to them and it took forever for them to fix my TV. They kept saying that they were ordering a part and I kept calling to find out when we could get our TV back. It was over a month before we got it back and we had a hard time talking them down in price because they said that we could pick it up a couple of times. I refuse to do business with them again.
RJE We have the same experience as Amy, they say they are ordering parts that take forever to coming in. It has been over a month for us now and still our TV is not repaired. We were referred by the manufacturer to contact them, they say their are having a hard time trouble shooting the problem. My thoughts they are not qualified to work on certain TV products. They are not trustworthy, they do not do what they say they are going to do. We have to constantly call them to get an update, instead of them keeping us informed. Th... read more
Unhappy Customer I had the same experience dealing with Steele & Vaughn. First, a tech came out and said he was "replacing the caps on the board" instead of replacing this potentially defective "board" altogether. Required FULL payment (instead of deposit) before finally picking up television (after 2 visits replacing individual "caps.") Steele & Vaughn kept the television for over 3 weeks and was reluctant to give any updates when I would call each week. Reliable, Competent Service! We have used Neil Mathews' professional moving crews for years! They have moved an entire office (including HEAVY filing cabinets, etc.) from the top to the bottom floor....and back again. They've made in-town moves, removed everything in the house and packed it in our garage so our our floors could be refinished, then returned to put everything back. They know how to safely move my piano. They have efficiently packed assorted storage pods, and are now scheduled to actually pack the boxes plus mu... read more
