I ordered an item and selected 2nd day air shipping. I ordered early in the day but not counting Sunday, today is day 3. Also, the shipping option I chose cost $25.95, which is quite pricy for the small item I ordered. I would not recommend this company to anyone in or out of the medical profession.
Steeles has great service and quick shipping. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to doing future business with Steele supply.
After ordering from this company, UPS failed to recognize my address and returned my package to the sender. Through this confusion, I was able to receive assistance from Steeles Supply Co with an incredible reply time. They were able to answer all of my questions and reimbursed me within 1-2 days. Customer service is great.
