Called them for two weeks straight talked to some guy who said he would send someone out and never came.. basement was flooded with waste and sewage destroyed my brand new washer and dryer and might have mold now! not only was the voice-mail full but I never got a call back. One of the worst services ever!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.
They never returned my call
They don't stand by their work. My mother used then earlier this year in January to fix a drain in the basement. The technician Charles did the work, charge her a couple thousand dollars with a five year guarantee in writing saying the her basement will never flood again. The storms came a couple of months, my mother's basement flooded ( the worst it ever done) with sewage. Over feet deep. I wish I could post photos. We are taking actions right now. DON'T USE THEM!
