Very friendly staff every time I took the bike in there. My only complaint is that I will be going in for the third time for the same issues (it’s a Bluetooth/app issue) which isn’t a mechanical issue so I just wish Ducati would put more emphasis into training for issues like this as well as the mechanical issues that arise. Other than that, no issues!
The team is great the work is well overpriced when it cost $250 to install a windshield when its a 25 min job and with the $250 it was $23 misc fee for what the windshield had all the bolts they didn't need anything else its just a screw moremoney out of customers very dissapointing with the pricing
I bring my motorcycle there for the maintenance activities that I can’t do at home. They are good about completing the work as requested and keeping one informed of the progress.
