My husband and I really enjoyed our meals. La Russo was amazing. My husband ordered the Turkey sandwich.
Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1-star review. I walked in, sat down, and was completely ignored for about 15 minutes — no greeting, no menu, nothing — and the place wasn’t even busy. I understand delays can happen, but simply acknowledging customers goes a long way. I may consider coming back in the future once customer service improves.
Couldn’t wait to try. This establishment is closed Monday and Tuesday so we went in on a Wednesday. They were out of multiple items, I worked in a food industry and how you start your week without staples is mind blowing. The chicken wings were raw, burger was burnt, the pulled pork sandwich and Italian sandwich bland. Ordered a moonshine cocktail and it tasted like orange juice no alcohol. Service was terrible. Would not recommend.
