My family has been without A/C for a few days due to the unit going out. Found this company online, Called, and someone was at the house within a couple hours. The service provided and whole experience was great, even down to the initial call, lady who took the call to dispatch service was very nice while speaking to!! Steele Mechanical is prompt and thorough. My AC stopped working and I made a call to get help . A technician was at my house in no time at all . His name was John . John was very prompt in fixing my AC and had me back running in no time . Thank you from the lady on the phone to John. I will use only them in the future .
Called SMS last week to come to my home to inspect my HVAC system and to quote us a new replacement system. They inspected the duct system under the house which is 50+ years old and made recommendations on the updates needed. They will follow up next week with a quote. I appreciated the owner of the company coming out and looking over my needs and being honest with me on my needs.
Very fast response time. Very quick troubleshooting the problem. Had parts needed for repair on hand. Very polite and informative. Could not ask for better service.
