My experience with filing a simple tax return here was below average as far as service that was provided. I felt that there was a sense of disorganization and uncertainty when questions or concerns were raised. Once my filing was completed I still had several questions and concerns that for some reason were addressed at the front desk, which was uncomfortable and mostly dismissed and unanswered.
