I was a mess and embarrassed about my situation. Mr. Steele and his staff put me at ease immediately and my results were sucessful in obtaining a loan modification through his office working with my bank. I'm just sorry I waited as long as I did and stressed for so long. His rates are reasonable and he allows you to set up payment arrangements. I'm grateful for all the work he did and now get to stay in my home.
