Dr. Johnson is great. I can only say good things about him and his medical staff. The front desk office staff, however, are horrible. I’ve been there at least six times, and I never said anything or complained until today because it has been the same every single time. I told them at my visit today in person that they always make me wait at least 20–30 minutes and asked if they could please let me know next time if there is going to be a delay. The doctor was great, but the office staff was horrible. I needed one small thing filled out an an FMLA form, which would have taken about 30 seconds. When I dropped it off, they said it would take a week to fill out. I called a week later and they rudely said, “I have no idea what happened to your form and can’t help you.” They caused me problems at work and never even called me back or did anything after multiple attempts on my end.

Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He took my symptoms/pain seriously and squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning and then surgery that same day. He explains things well and I felt like I was in good hands! The office staff are great as well.

I was in a lot of pain. I met with my doctor who advised I see a surgeon. My doctor called Dr. Olaveson and Dr, Olaveson made arrangements to see me immediately. Once I arrived he diagnosed my problem, talked to his staff to see if they would hang around a little longer so I could get surgery that that evening. I was in and out of surgery within a couple of hours. I am grateful for him and his staff taking the time to see me and stay late so I could get my extremely painful issue resolved.
