You always get super service. Margarita does an outstanding job
We had a good experience with Joseph V, our salesman. I was a little disappointed that the vehicle had not been cleaned or serviced by the time we had driven nearly 5 hours to see it. But I believe this delay was with the service dept not our salesman. The negotiation went very well, no hassle or pressure at all from Joseph. He even took us to dinner & paid for the meal just to show us a side of his good faith & appreciation for purchasing the 2021 Nissan Murano SL from him & Steele Hyundai New Braunsfel.
Dealerships in general are probably the most frustrating customer experiences that exist but Steele takes the cake. Lord be with anyone who has to deal with margarita on their vehicle. Should you have the misfortune of being forced to deal with this shockingly incompetent business, make sure you keep on them. We had a warranty claim that they botched which is bad enough, but when you add in the 7 unreturned calls for an update on the status and waiting a month for bad news, I don’t wish this place on my enemies.
Let's talk about questionable quality and mediocre service yall! I took my car in for a 60k miles service alongside with a noise repair coming from the steering column. 60k service was done within a day. At first I was told that in 3-5 days the part will arrive and I should have my vehicle back a day or two after. It took them over a month to return my vehicle, even with an appointment because they had a big job going on.
