Bought our Tuscon here, 2 years ago. Have owned multiple Hyundai vehicles. Was very pleased with our salesman, Preston. We have referred dozens of people to this location. Went in with a question on an issue we were having, Waited a long time even though there was no crowd. Then, the service person was exceptionally defensive, rude, and dismissive.
