I purchased a "Certified Pre Owned" 2020 F-150 from this dealership, and it lasted 11,000km before total turbo failure. I reached out for support, but they completely ignored my concerns. No offer to help. They referred me back to the extended warranty that they inescapably sold me (which was no help either). This is the type of business that clearly doesn’t value their customers. Stay far away if you don’t want to deal with poor service and unreliable vehicles. I regret ever trusting them.
I Now have been dealing with steele for 3 years. Over the winter I got for Christmas new plugs and wires for my 1993 Sunbird. Glad and Very Prowed with the way you back your product... Although its an old car, you stood up multiple times with skills, knowledge and technology and fixed my car in the past.
