I would give a lower rating if I could. Steer clear, questionable business practices and very little transparency. Any push back turns into a shell game. Look out for the diagnostics charge of $159.95 per issue i had three of them on my last visit, Steele is using it as a minimum charge for each item, in addition to the two labor rates, the lower of the two is $149.95 per hour on top of the diagnostics charge.
