Do not move here or buy if you plan on dealing with the warranty manager and him not showing up or missing scheduled , long awaited appointments and not giving residents a courtesy call like people don’t miss work for this type of stuff . I totally regret moving here and have not been happy with finding one thing after another and then waiting months for stuff to get fixed !!
