Do not move here or buy if you plan on dealing with the warranty manager and him not showing up or missing scheduled , long awaited appointments and not giving residents a courtesy call like people don’t miss work for this type of stuff . I totally regret moving here and have not been happy with finding one thing after another and then waiting months for stuff to get fixed !! He was so professional, patience and always answers all our question during the process of the construction of our home!
