I showed up for my 8:15am appointment at 8am. At 8:20 I was called up to the desk and told that back in August (this is now February) I was sent an email notifying me my appointment had been canceled. You waited 20 minutes to tell me I didn't have an appointment. The unprofessionalism of this office is mindboggling. I have switch dermatologists. BTW - searched for an email, not there. Do better for your patients.
I just visited Steele creek dermatology for an annual skin follow-up. I saw Dr Rachelle Cronin and she was the absolute best PA!! Very sincere and thorough about my skin and gladly gave answers to any questions I had and had the absolute best personality!!

Good luck getting someone on the phone to make an appointment.
Kim is amazing, I am almost hesitant to let everyone know because I want her to myself! She explain the entire procedure so you know exactly what is going on and I always have a lot of questions for her.
