Terrible communication. Terrible management. A complete disservice to the community. Would never recommend.
When getting a hold of anyone especially your care coordinator n caseworker of a so called health plan, with a Medicare program, no one did anything for me and help with anything and then they couldn't even have the courage to tell me why my case was being closed as I have been awaiting cataract surgery for over a year n with my doctor's orders n bc of my deteriorating back n with more disc's herniated, I was suppose to get some inside home care help n with transportation to stores so I would not have to carry so many pounds... read more
