I brought my 2021 sierra in for an oil change last August and brought to their attention that some of the under came off and needs to be touched up, it's under warranty. This has still not been fixed, I have been there and brought it up a couple times, I've called countless times and have emailed the service manager who did not respond. Never again - Bought two new company trucks in 2019. Both transmissions went at approximately 130000 kms. Fella at the service desk told me that it was our fault and that we should have had the trucks in tow mode, all of the time, due too the fact that we have aluminum caps on our trucks that weigh a couple hundred pounds. Called looking for parts. Rude service. When they picked up the phone and I asked “how’s your day going” as any normal human would. I was ignored and told “what do you need”. Call lasted 20 mins and didn’t find part. Last week charged me 12 dollars for a bolt.
