I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed! Dr. Berry and the entire team was amazing from start to finish — everyone was kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable. The whole process was surprisingly fast and smooth. I was honestly nervous beforehand, but it ended up being so much easier than I expected. I’ve been a patient at this office for 7 years. Since the office manager changed, my experience has declined significantly. The current office manager, Eddie, has been consistently incompetent. For reasons I don’t understand, Eddie dictated how often I needed new X-rays, rather than the dentist. When I requested to skip X-rays because my most recent ones were only six months old, he insisted that I either take new X-rays or I could not see the dentist. Amazing service and staff
I want to thank the entire care team at Smiles West for the kindness and attentiveness with my mom‘s dental treatment. Eddie was incredibly helpful with guiding us through insurance, as well as giving recommendations, and thoroughly explaining what exactly all of the dental jargon meant. I look forward to our next visit, I know my mom is in good hands.
The worst Place anyone can schedule an Appt at! The wanna be manager decided that by me calling to schedule an Appt was not enough to confirm my appt! I’ve been in pain for over a month and waited 1 month to get a root canal and he had the nerve to call me and tell me my Appt was moved because “I didn’t confirm “ then he goes on to tell me that Medical patients like my self usually miss their appts so that he wasn’t sure if I would make itn anyways so he gave my slot to another patient who who was in “a lot of Pain” If you h... read more
