I am a prior police officer and have been coming to this clinic since 2002 and i enjoy still seeing the same front desk staff and although Dr. Kp[ecky has moved on , There is great dentist, the most inoortant part is promptness and excellence in service . i love my bridges, crowns, filling and ortho side for braces. throughout the years i contine to drive long distances just to be seen by same dentist office. thank you Julio for being so gentle , kind , respectfull and kuddos to all the staff that runs and makes this team a ... read more

I’ve been a patient with this dental group for over 5 years. I started orthodontist treatment at their Chula Vista Office where it was terribly administered to the point where the office abruptly closed a few years ago and I had no choice but to continue orthodontist services at their Rancho San Diego Office. I was hoping that the Rancho office was better administered but they have been recently terrible here too. I’ve had last minute cancellations without prior notice. I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed! Dr. Berry and the entire team was amazing from start to finish — everyone was kind, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable. The whole process was surprisingly fast and smooth. I was honestly nervous beforehand, but it ended up being so much easier than I expected. I’ve been a patient at this office for 7 years. Since the office manager changed, my experience has declined significantly. The current office manager, Eddie, has been consistently incompetent. For reasons I don’t understand, Eddie dictated how often I needed new X-rays, rather than the dentist. When I requested to skip X-rays because my most recent ones were only six months old, he insisted that I either take new X-rays or I could not see the dentist.
