I had been going here for many years. My hair stylist left recently and I tried a few other hair stylists at this location. I feel like I have a fairly simple hair style but all of them manage to mess it up which made the overall experience pretty negative.
Last time I tried to go here the stylist never showed up. They let me sit there for almost an hour until they said that I will have to book another appointment and I left. I was not expecting it, but I got a call back from a lovely customer service rep who ended comping another appointment. Thank you! Unfortunately, I just made the mistake of booking at this location one final time.
