I actually don’t have a storage here nor am I from the state and they’re still awesome. Matt was very helpful and such a personality! Clean and tidy storage spot and gate hours are convenient 24/7 access.
We had several thousands of dollars worth of clothing destroyed due to mold from our leaky and unventilated unit. The management is most unfortunate and not sure how they can remain in business. This storage business overcharges for a subpar product. I would recommend paying the extra few bucks to store in a well ventilated self storage run by professionals.
We have worked with Steelclad for 2 years. They are always responsive and friendly to work with. Would recommend!
