Called and gave me the wrong information about blood work results. When I called to complain they said “what do u want me to do about it?”
Service in Steelcity Medical is excellent! Booking was extremely fast either through Medeo (online) or through phone. For my last appointment, I came in early morning (9:30 am) and was greeted enthusiastically by Charmaine. She was very helpful in getting my vitals (BP, weight) and was proactive during my appointment - she even checked by BP five times since I was probably getting "white coat" results. Dr. Tytus Has been my doctor since I was born 38 years old he’s a great doctor sends you for all the tests you Awesome personality. He’s also my daughter and my mother’s daughter great with kids. My daughter loves him. Thanks for being a Great doctor Mary Jane and Jac Receptionist are great people as well Very understanding And friendly .
Excellent experience at Steel City Medical. From the moment I walked in, the clinic was welcoming, efficient, and well organized. A special shout-out to Hayley and Jack they were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, they made check-in and everything that followed smooth and stress-free.
