Been my doctors for 40 yrs! Wouldnt go anywhere else. Tytus is prob one of the best doctors and teachers. His staff is always friendly and helpful. That MaryJane just keeps on truckin. They must love what they do, they could've retired years ago but chose not too. Im glad they didn't. Sean G

Called and gave me the wrong information about blood work results. When I called to complain they said “what do u want me to do about it?”
Service in Steelcity Medical is excellent! Booking was extremely fast either through Medeo (online) or through phone. For my last appointment, I came in early morning (9:30 am) and was greeted enthusiastically by Charmaine. She was very helpful in getting my vitals (BP, weight) and was proactive during my appointment - she even checked by BP five times since I was probably getting "white coat" results.
