Great help with my dog
was a little sceptical at first because of the bad reviews. Took my cat Suki in to get neutered and the lady was so nice and the wait wasn’t terrible. Took around 15 minutes to drop the cat off and sign everything; not bad at all! Suki seems to be healing very well and the stitches are great. It did appear to be open at first but after a bit of research and waiting it went back to normal and looks much better. This picture is a recent one.
They’re too short staff for you to walk in. No indication that an appointment is required on their website. They advertise $25 walk in rabies shots, to then charge an additional $45 “office call” even though my dog did not see the vet. I was not informed of this fee until after my dog received the shot. I told the front staff that the website should be updated, to which she responded, “ I’ll tell the doctor.”
I would give them 5 stars for the Amazing care they gave our precious kitty. But there was misinformation given to me on two different phone calls about the drop off and surgery appointment.
