Horrible place
This place is terrible! They didn't shut the cat carrier while taking my friends cat out to them (during covid) and the cat escaped and ran into the woods! My friend found her cat dead in the road yet they insisted she pay for the neuter. Just today my mom took her dog in for a nail trimming and they cut the dogs PAW PADS! And then charged her a 4% fee for using her card and refused to discount her at all. My mom's poor dog has a cast on her paw now and she can't walk. I also beg you not to declaw your cat here.
