Have my business for life! Replaced a ring I broke at work, heavy equipment mechanic, free of charge! Lost my 2nd ring and they worked out an awesome deal to get me another ring! Sent a handwritten letter with my purchase, which is rare these days. Really shows they care about their customers, and the work that they are putting into making these awesome rings!
