I ve been taking my cars to Rick for a number of years now probably about 9 or 10 and have always been treated fairly. I seem to have an accident every couple of years and have to stop down to see him. The one car I had was an odd color and I was amazed at how good they matched the paint. They have even changed light bulbs for me in my car and not charged anything if it didn t take long. I will always go back because they ve earned my trust.

Took my car there and was done on time and was a very good job. Defininately WILL go back.
Took my Nissan car to Steel valley a few years ago. Steel valley is a shady company very hard to work with. They never give you a clear answer when you talk to them. Ended up costing the insurance company close to \$3000 more than the original quote. They said they replaced parts that werenr replaced. The paint job was horrible looks like they painted it in a dirty garage. And now a little over two years later the paint has a haze over it, looks like the car is over 15 years old. I took my truck there last winter after a collision. My insurance "allstate" wrote the check straight to the company instead of me. Steel Valley Auto said it would take 2 weeks to fix. Ended up taking 3 months. Since they already had the money they took their time. Costing me an extra \$1030.00 for rental car charges, because my insurance only pays for 30 days for a rental car.
