The work that they did on my vehicle was fine, but they asked me to come in on a weekend to pick up my vehicle, despite assuring me that I would be able to grab IT on a Friday. i agreed to it and when I arrived atxthe specific time they asked me too, no one showed up, no 1 answered my phone calls, no one texted me and I sat here waiting for over half an hour. Super professional
Went to pick up my wifes vehicle on a Saturday when they told us to meet them. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited an hour for someone to meet us, even after calling several times we got no response. Very unprofessional as we live out of town.
If I could leave a higher star rating I would! I discovered this company through a close friend of mine who raved about their work. Family owned and operated. . . perfect! I entrusted Ray and Serina with my 2012 Tacoma to repair some body work, fix some paint adhesion issues, and replace a mud flap. The Team at Steel to Steel are some great people. Had an issue with my 94 Camaro, said that they would fix the problem for me. We had a mis-communication about the booking date, but they still got me in. Did the work while I waited. Very Happy with the work and the service.
