I've enjoyed my year or so with Pamela so far. She's great at adapting to people's needs in order to have everyone participate safely. She also makes people feel welcome even as beginners, and was very patient with me when I was starting out and needed a lot of repetition. I could barely climb a year ago but can do so much more now then I even knew was possible.
Fantastic studio; located within the Odeon(sp?) Crossfit gym after hours. Took one class with Pamela... had a BLAST!!!! Very welcoming environment and would 10/10 recommend.
