Our driver arrived at Steel Tech in Portage earlier today for a pick up, shipper would not load our truck for the following reasons: 1- driver was wearing gym shoes, not steel-toe-boots. 2- driver did not have a safety helmet / hard hat Also, drivers are required to have safety glasses to pick up at this facility, we did have those. Lazy 2nd shift, shipping crew.
