The “Lady” on first shift receiving is miserable. Every time I come here she is rude and has a attitude for no reason.steel tech need to move her somewhere else because she is a bad representative of the company.
I don't know if this man was joking with me; what he's saying is clear. And I don't understand why they have new times if they don't unload until 7:00 am
This place is a joke. Arrived at 9:10 pm, made eye contact with crane operator. He threw his arms up as if in agony to see a truck come in. He turned away and left. Was sitting there for over about 2 hours with not a single person coming up to speak with me. They stop receiving at 10pm and i was there well after that. They do not care about your time, your hours, or you. Steel tech’s apologies are useless, need to start implementing change.
