The entire team is very professional and helpful. Their customer service is great. From the initial consultation to the installation, they were in contact every step of the way, and even followed up! Easy to work with, no pressure sales, and the quality of the shelter is superior. We just had our 4x8 above ground storm shelter placed and finished with Steel Strong Shelters and we are VERY pleased. From the prep, digging and pouring of the concrete to placement of the shelter itself the entire team was very professional. In particular, I need to mention Trevor and Tony, they were great!
