Working with John Gonzalez, Operations Manager at Steel Specialties, was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had working on a project. He was not able to comprehend the simplest of details and repeatedly requested the same information, drawings, etc that were previously provided to him on numerous occasions… over and over again. I found him to be completely irresponsible and inept. His lack of professionalism was the worst I’ve dealt with in a very long time.
