Been dealing here for parts for years, great service, selection and prices. Can't blame him for only answering texts and emails. With a low overhead yard you could waste all day on the phone instead of doing something productive. Want to talk to someone on the phone, call one of the big yards and pay their bigger prices!
The guys are reliable, knowledgeable and actually check the parts before delivering!
If I could give 0 stars I would do that as my first interaction with them was so unprofessional and rude. Would have spent lots of money if it wasn’t for such a bad response back. Won’t talk on the phone worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. Then decides to bad mouth us after we asked him for a photo of the part and wasn’t even willing to do that for us which is part of the job of being an auto wrecker just sent us the info to do the work ourselves. I live in victoria, i was looking for a part for my older car and after searching locally I tried several vancouver auto parts stores They told me (on several occasions) that they didnt have what i wanted but they suggested steel rose auto parts, but that “He was not really a nice person” so i call them, They dont answer the phone But insist you text, so i complied and texted for the part, providing the vin # As long as it wasnt rusty, I got a text back immidiatly saying “I dont sell rusty parts” But i got one 275.
