In the several months after Steel Root walked off our job after nullifying our warranties, we have had to hire contractors to finish or fix or redo their work at great expense. The company is very self serving and will reframe things to make you feel like you are at fault. A few things happened in the beginning of our custom home build that should have tipped us off, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt at the time.
