I can not say enough about this place!! It has been a refuge for my sanity. I have met countless teammates and friends that have inspired me, pushed me and helped change me. The coaches are the absolute best of the best. If anyone wants a place to belong they have got you covered both physically and mentally! Love this place!!!

Joining the Steel Room was a pivotal point in my life and literally set me on a life changing course. I have seen my body change physically through my years here, and I have been transformed mentally & emotionally as well. I have worked hard in, AND out of the gym ON ME. I have taken the encouraging and LIFE-GIVING words spoken to me by our trainers to heart. My youngest daughter plays volleyball and one of my favorite things to watch for is the way the girls get so hyped up and supportive of each other on the court. I LIVE for photos of them celebrating and at my daughter's district championship game there were some good ones.
