Went to SPS to load 8.5.25.Arrived at 12.30 pm.3 truck in front of me.Finally at 6pm after shift change Derek Soeten came to work and loaded me in 30 minutes or less.He has excellent people skills and got me going quickly.Sitting there all day knocked me out of hundreds of dollars following that delay.I have been to SPS in many different locations.ALWAYS A BAD EXPERIENCE......
Hey I wanted to give a shout out to the guy in Shipping named Derek Soeten that guy got me loaded working 15 mins after waiting and waiting he clocked in and came got me and all others done within 30 mins like 6 of us I was last but thank you Derek your the best I’ve seen yet and I’ve been all over very professional and very fast and safe y’all have a good one there wish we had a Derek All over thank you Steel & Pipe Supply for that guy for handling his business for us he truly cares I could tell so I’m showing my care by wr... read more
Hello S&P management or who ever reads this reviews this review is what I call an after action review or known as AAR Shipping desk they are friendly and respectful they also tell you where you need to go so you can get loaded. Avoid this place. Been here for 2hrs and theirs still one truck to be loaded but they got 2 doors for loading plates but theirs no one at the warehouse so where tf is everyone. We dont get pay by the hr. Need to be more organized. It's ridiculous
