We moved into a home with a good deck but poor foundation. Steel Penn came in with a good price, maintained the deck integrity while bring the foundation up to code . Very professional, working in some rough weather situations. Very happy overall.
I just had both my front porch and side deck replaced by Steel Penn. Fred and Amber were great to work with and the work crew was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have around. They took care of all the inspections and very transparent with prices which were reasonable. I'm extremely happy and would recommend to anyone.
