We arrived at the facility and checked in at 12:00 PM. No loading was performed, as the scales were reportedly not operational. At 4:30 PM, we finally managed to get onto the scales. It wasn't until 9:00 PM that we departed the facility with a full load. Upon exiting, the facility employee refused to record the actual time of our arrival in the documentation.
