Unbelievably disorganized, rude and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed I’d leave zero stars if l could Will never return!
You asked my 13-year-old for ID. And my ID is not enough, Sorry, you’ve lost our business. Please check your local laws because you just made that policy up on the spot.
Mikey was great. Came in for a walk-in flash tattoo and got something I’m super happy with. Mikey adjusted everything to my liking and was a great conversationalist throughout the whole experience. Would definitely come back.
I had a great experience today at steel n ink. Ashley did my piercing and was so informative and so nice. She went above and beyond to make sure my piercing looked and felt great. Mala at the front desk was also so great. Such a comforting experience and will definitely be back next time I get the urge to get something pierced.
